New Staff Spotlight: Jacy Long

Cross County School District is proud to be in an agricultural community and support the FFA program at the high school! Mrs. Jacy Long, our new agricultural science teacher, is a great role model for our students as she lives out the FFA motto of Learning to Do, Doing to Learn, Earning to Live and Living to Serve.

Meet Jacy now or come out to the FFA parent meeting next Tuesday, September 4, at 6:00 PM in the high school ag room!

“I am excited about all the FFA activities and teaching the metals class. The facility is great and the students are ready to learn. I have a passion for agriculture and teaching. I am good at getting students out of their comfort zones and pushing them to be all they can be. Ag is my life and my family’s life. We are glad to call Cross County home!”

Welcome, Mrs. Long and spread the word- FFA parent meeting on Tuesday in the Ag room!
