Please welcome Cassidy Reed to the Thunderbird family! Mrs. Reed will be teaching first grade this year at Cross County Elementary Technology Academy.
Mrs. Reed is originally from Ravenna, Texas. After graduating from Sam Rayburn High School in 2013, she attended North Central Texas College in Gainesville, Texas for two years. While there, Reed represented the Lady Lions on the history-making softball team before continuing her education at Harding University. She graduated in December of 2018 and taught first grade for one year at Bayou Meto Elementary School in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
Reed recently moved to Wynne with her husband, Connor, who is a pharmacist at Caldwell Drugstore. The couple have been married for four years and have two dogs, River and Oak. Mrs. Reed enjoys hiking, traveling, going to sporting events, and spending time with her family. She loves elephants, being outside, the color turquoise.
