The Cross County School District has launched a newly redesigned website, creating a more accessible and user friendly experience for students, families, staff, and community members.

Designed with accessibility and ease of navigation in mind, the new website serves as the district's digital front door, providing a central location where visitors can quickly find the information they need while learning more about the opportunities available at Cross County Schools.

The redesigned homepage places news, calendars, announcements, and important resources front and center, making it easier for parents to stay informed and connected throughout the school year. New sections throughout the site better highlight the district's academic programs, student organizations, and activities.

Athletics also has a completely redesigned home featuring team information, rosters, schedules, and updates throughout the year. Fans can also visit the enhanced CCHS Live page, which provides one convenient location to watch livestreams of athletic contests, performances, and other school events.

As part of the website redesign, the district is also launching the official T Bird Store, giving students, parents, alumni, and supporters a new way to show their Cross County pride. To celebrate the grand opening, shoppers can receive 20% off custom T shirts, hoodies, joggers, hats, and more during the store's opening promotion.

"Our website is often the first place families visit when they have a question or want to learn more about our schools," said Superintendent Dr. Nathan Morris. "We wanted to create a website that reflects who we are as a district while making it simple for parents and community members to find the information they need. This new site is more than a redesign. It is our digital front door, welcoming families into everything Cross County Schools has to offer."

Communications Director Wes Hooper said the redesign is about making information easier to access while better telling the story of the district.

"Today, a family's first impression of a school often happens online before they ever step onto campus," Hooper said. "We wanted our website to feel as welcoming as our schools. Whether someone is checking a game schedule, watching a livestream, exploring academic programs, or shopping in the new T Bird Store, this website is designed to be the front door to Cross County Schools and a place that reflects the pride our students, staff, and community have in this district."

The new website was developed in partnership with Apptegy and is optimized for computers, tablets, and mobile devices while meeting modern accessibility standards.

The Cross County School District invites families, alumni, and community members to explore the new website and discover everything it has to offer.
