Every week our teachers meet to learn how to implement academic strategies to help our students. Our math and science teachers are learning strategies to help students understand fractions better. Today, they worked on how to help students understand how to subtract fractions and why it is important for students to be able to do this.

Due to continued problems in a water line off-campus we will be out of school again tomorrow, Friday, February 1. We will utilize AMI Day 3 tomorrow and there will be no home ball games tonight. We hate that this circumstance outside of our control has kept us from teaching and learning this week but we will always put the safety, comfort, and concern for our students and staff first. -Nathan Morris, Superintendent

After-school tutoring is offered, free of charge, four days a week (transportation not provided). Mr. Rolland is available Mondays and Wednesdays 3:30-5 to help with those tough math problems and science work. Mrs. Fisher stays Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30-5 to help fine-tune those essays and any other help in English and History class.
