October School Board meeting update!

What a great day to celebrate our T-Birds and to highlight our monthly focus- Compassion! Landon showed compassion this week by including classmates during group activities. Students who have eyes to see that others need to feel included is what makes CCE a great place to be!

Cross County will host a flu clinic Wednesday, October 25th. Forms should be completed by October 25th and can be found at https://arcare.jotform.com/222794464172158. Please contact the school with questions.

We love to see how our friends stay focused through distractions!

Mrs. Brinda has spoken! She has passed the Thunderbird trophy to Elementary principal Mrs. Jessica Stacy. When Mrs. Stacy asked why she got it Mrs. Brinda said "because I like you." Mrs. Brinda added that Mrs. Jessica has always been very helpful when she was driving a bus or anytime that she needed something. #ExcellenceInAction #TbirdLife

Last night, school officials received information concerning a potential weapon being brought to the school today. We have identified the source of this information and subsequently took action by detaining a school bus and conducting a comprehensive search. We treat any and all threats with the utmost seriousness and are investigating this as such.
We urge parents to engage in discussions with their children, emphasizing that threats of this kind are not jokes and should never be treated lightly. Any disruptions to the school environment will not be accepted and will be subject to consequences.
