McCrory School District just informed Cross County School District that they are unable to play Friday night’s game due to Covid-19. As was the case last week, we are actively seeking a replacement game for Friday night at Thunderbird Stadium to have homecoming festivities and a great game of football. As of right now, the junior high team will still play Thursday night. We will release more information and updates as soon as they become available. As always, we are thankful to have the support of a great community during this time.

As the week closes, we have pivoted two additional classrooms to online learning for the next fourteen days. We want to thank our teachers and staff for their hard work with our in-person, blended, and virtual learners. Our staff has been here extra hours, covering additional duties, and doing everything possible so we can stay in school. We will soon be starting our meal routes for virtual learners. If any family learning virtually would like to be added to food routes, please call the school office as soon as possible. Meal routes will also be used to distribute jump drives and supplies for our students without internet. We are so grateful for our parents and community members for their unconditional support. They have taken the challenges of this week in stride. We will get through this together! #TBirdStrong
